Dan Wolnik, CPA has approximately 25 years of real estate accounting, consulting, and financial reporting experience working for both privately held businesses and public companies. At Courtland, Mr. Wolnik is responsible for directing and controlling financial results, managing the accounting and reporting process, preparing budgets and financial projections, establishing internal controls, coordinating external audits and tax filings, and otherwise assisting in providing infrastructure and real estate consulting and advisory services. Mr. Wolnik previously served as Courtland’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Courtland, he worked with Forest City Enterprises, with a Big 4 accounting firm, and privately held real estate development and property management companies.
Mr. Wolnik received his M.B.A. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and B.B.A. in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
